There are a few special occasions we have during the 8 weeks, but l was able to add it into my daily macros and not feel like I was "cheating". Hey!! So, I just had to share this with you. I got my annual blood test results. My vitamin D is always low (even with consistently taking supplements) and for the 1st time ever ... it is 44 = sufficient range. My Triglycerides are the biggest change ... they have been high since 2018!! 2022 they were 209. Now ... 86!!! That's huge!!! All of my cholesterol numbers have lowered. My main goal was to avoid statins and the impending side effects they may bring. So far, so good...You changed the way I veiw and approach my own exercise routine and food habits.  My doctor said everything looks great!!

Hi, I’m Lisa!

Fitness was once effortless for me. As a dancer and fitness instructor, my body always responded..naturally, and I never had reason to question it. But when perimenopause hit, everything changed. I gained over 35 pounds. I tried every diet, every fat burner, added more cardio...anything to throw at this midlife weight gain and hormone disruption was fair game! I barely recognized myself...and had to relearn to communicate with my body where it was...NOW.

Rebuilding was not quick, but it was possible. Creating a strategic plan was the "magic" potion.
